Assists the patient with personal care, meal preparation, ambulation, and exercise under professional supervision.
- We provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Office Hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
- After-hours, weekend, and holiday calls are handled by on-call personnel.

Who Will Need Home Health Care?
- Patients who need short-term assistance after discharge from the hospital.
- Chronically ill, terminally ill, or permanently disabled individuals who will remain at home.
- Older adults who, due to illness or disability, need assistance in their home.
- Family Respite - To provide short-term relief for family members caring for a parent or relative who is ill.
Payment for Services
Caring Cove HHC provides care on a fee-for-service basis. Generally, patients are covered by health insurance policies or state and entitlement programs. When only a portion of the cost is covered by these programs, the patient is billed for the remaining balance. During the first home visit, payment arrangements will be discussed. If further information is required, someone from the office will assist.
